MY NEW ENERGETIC DRINK

Something really good happened yestarday..

I was reading a lot, searching online and by 11-30 I started feeling strongly tired and worn out.

There is nothing more powerful to me than: cayenne pepper ;-) , but- honestly-how much of that can you put into your mouth?!

Smoothie – I said to myself! Enormously energetic smoothie must help !

Kick – My-Buns – Smoothie !

The ingredients are:

  • young coconut ( water and flesh)
  • 1 Tsp bee pollen ( be careful-You might have allergic reaction-if You’ve never used pollens)
  • 1 Tsp kelp
  • 1 Tsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • pinch of celtic sea salt
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • BLUEBERRIES

Blend it all and enjoy!
