Something really good happened yestarday..
I was reading a lot, searching online and by 11-30 I started feeling strongly tired and worn out.
There is nothing more powerful to me than: cayenne pepper
, but- honestly-how much of that can you put into your mouth?!
Smoothie – I said to myself! Enormously energetic smoothie must help !
Kick – My-Buns – Smoothie !
The ingredients are:
- young coconut ( water and flesh)
- 1 Tsp bee pollen ( be careful-You might have allergic reaction-if You’ve never used pollens)
- 1 Tsp kelp
- 1 Tsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp chlorella
- pinch of celtic sea salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- BLUEBERRIES
Blend it all and enjoy!
