I met Daniel at Eden Hot Springs a year ago and will never forget his presentation. I simply felt in love with his approach to making elixirs, teas, smoothies.
I watched online everything there is he posted ( actually the first videos on YOU TUBE were videotyped by me;-))
I saw his kitchen and I adore his minimalistic style of life. Glass bottles, candle, blender, wild mushrooms, table, spring water. That’s what I see when I think about him.
I am also fortunate to be a part of his Elixir Craft Teleseminar, which we finished yesterday.
Telling the truth I was surprised finding out that he is not a rawfoodist.
All he cares is an optimal nutrition. Daniel was a rawfoodist for 10 years. He was vegan, vegetarian and now he plays with other options. But I am assuming whatever he is playing with ( mushrooms, herbs, marinated wild salomon ) it is at its perfect nutritious state .
I’ve heard him talking about fermented cheeses at the One Radio Network on Monday .
