Have you ever noticed that people take care of their pets and cars much more than they care about their own bodies? How weird is this! We have heard a lot about why your body needs to be treated as a temple but obviously before it becomes a temple you need consider it as such and put some good intentions, efforts, actions and commitments toward creating your best self.

To me raw food lifestyle is the only possible , sustainable way of being at the pick of my intentions.

If I’m saying raw food do you hear a 100% raw food? Maybe you do and maybe that’s why most of us fell into trap of fighting against ourselves.

1st LAUGHABLE GOSSIP ABOUT RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE :


“I AM CONSIDER A RAWFOODIE IF I EAT 100% RAW FOOD DIET”.

First of all , let’s look at the bottom of this concept.

What does it mean to be a rawfoodie?

Is it a person who eats only raw foods and maybe is allowed to have only 3 cups of coffee a week?
Is it a person who eats 100% raw since at least a year, because otherwise you are still considered as a trans-rawfoodie who struggles and we don’t even listen to whatever you have to say ( no authority).
Is it only a rawfood coaches who possesed enough knowledge and experience and can train people to transition?
Or let’s maybe drop all the speculations among raw food movement or beyond and let’s forget about the definition who a rawfoodist is and let’s juice daily.

If there is one definition, there has to be another one somewhere else.
If I would create a definition of a rawfoodist now, possibly you might have your own opinion and we can start simply an argument about nothing.

If your lifestyle allows you to treat yourself wisely with gentleness, pleasure and conscious choices then you are blessed with the best you you’ve ever had before. And I mean – a lifestyle , a style of life that you choose on purpose, implementing every day healthy choices, habits and goals. And we all are allowed to have our own tasks toward this goals.

No matter if you eat 100% raw foods or only 50% ( how can we measure this anyways?) you are either putting into your life bank account or you are pulling out. It doesn’t really have anything to do with making up a name for ourselves.
And yes, I fell into this trap also. And maybe that’s why you are reading this post over here and not at my previous, first rawfood blog at http://rawvolta.wordpress.com. I had a feeling that i can write under RAWVOLTA name but not about RAWVOLTA anymore.
Lesson :

  • Juice every day
  • drybrush your body everyday
  • start a day with salty water which you charge with words and minerals
  • don’t eat before you poooooo your first pooooo ;-)
  • jump on a rebounder
  • listen to some self-improvement mp3
  • write a gratitude email to somebody you haven’t been writing for a long time
  • have a salad a day
  • have a handful of either Spirulina or Blue Green Algae or both
  • have a probiotics a day or if you don’t like supplements buy/make your own souerkraut,kim-chi, rejuvelac
  • check if you’ve accomplished your goal from previous day
  • make goal for the next day
  • say “I love me” to yourself and ” I love you” to him/her/it
  • don’t call yourself names but ACT as…

I simply love gossips of all sorts, but if you take closer look at them, they can only amuse you for a short time.They pass you buy so easly and suddenly you start working on something important. Goals, plans, habits.
I always had a problem with putting tag on myself. Rawfoodie or not?How much of a Rawfoodie in a Rawfodie is consider a Rawfoodie and by Who? I can only call myself so if my heart is light and I am not attached into a BRAND. Some of us went into raw because Demi Moore looks great or because we love a movie “Natural Born Killers” with handsome Woody Harrelson . But see, it doesn’t matter – why we all started and who was a motivation. What’s important is : what is a motivation and where does it lead us.

RAW FOOD ON A DAILY BASIS

Some people think the raw/life/superfood life style requires a lot of preparation and time.

Maybe at the beginig when one needs to deal with cravings there is a constant search for something what will give you same ” fulfillment” as your previously cooked meal.

After some time ( some say that it takes 21 days to set up a habbit) you will reach for simplicity : simple recipes, one-food-at-a-time meal, which might mean OLIVES ONLY.
At the beginning I was creating all sorts of raw dishes, just to check what kind of goodies I can make.

Now my day usually looks like this:

After I get up I have a 1/2 or a 1 liter of spring water, which I get from a source (ask people around, where is the spring in your area ). To not let the water just go through me and flush all the minerals I accumulated last day;-), I need to add good living salt to make the water “stay ” in my body. To get a flavour to my morning water I add Bach’s Flower Essences that I choose previously by using a simple test.They have a great homeopathy impact on my mood and overall health.

MORNING WATER:

* spring living water
* celtic sea salt
* bach’s flower essences
* msm
* Crystal Energy by Patrick Flanagan
* cayenne paper ( to speed up energy)
* goji berries or incan berries

In the afternoon I would snack on some fruits like apples, peaches, tomatos; all depends on a season. Some of us with candida infections shouldn’t eat sweat fruits for sometimes even 6 months. Instead of sweat apples choose tomatos, cucumber, celery to snack on. When there is a blueberries season I am totally surrounded by them!
AN EVENING SMOOTHIE:

* young coconut or spring water
* hemp nuts (blended with above , not strained)or milk thistle seeds ( blended and strained)
* Pure Synergy
* Blue-Green Algea
* kelp
* raw cacao
* celtic sea salt
* cayenne paper
* bee pollen

and lots of blueberries

Of course there is a lot of variation of my drinks. I am putting just the simple one here.

Sometimes instead of a smoothie I would have a salad, where I put spirulina, Blue-green algae also.

In a mean time I remember about having supplements like krill oil, DMAE , B-complex, Camu-Camu (vit.C), Msm, some other ones from companies like NEW CHAPTER.

Before I go to bed I have a Melatonin along with Tryptophan.
